All of us are children of the
age of technology. That’s why, I had a prejudice before starting computer
classes. I thought we knew all feature about computer. However, I realize that
we do not know almost all specific features about Microsoft Office applications.
The first application is Microsoft Word. Actually, all people use this program.
However, we should know some particular shortcuts for using faster. Without using
the mouse, we should do all editing via keyboard. I have just learnt these
facilities. For example, preparing exam or analyzing arrangements which are
done by students are easier with using the layout. All new knowledge
about Word application will be useful in my studies, because using Word both
practical and easy. Each icon has unique feature to facilitate our work. So, we
have to learn all these things as soon as possible.
